    We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money payments. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

    Yes. Groups of five or more qualify for a 10% discount. Please contact our team at groups@digitalnigeria.ng to apply.

    Cancellations made up to 30 days before the event receive a full refund. After that, tickets are non-refundable.

    Yes, ticket transfers are allowed up to 7 days before the event. Email support@digitalnigeria.ng with the original and new attendee details.

    E-tickets are emailed within 24 hours of purchase. Please check your spam folder or contact support if you haven’t received it after one day.

    Yes, on-site registration is available at ICC Abuja. Please arrive early to avoid queues.
